30 Days of Reading Yourself

A Tarot & Writing Immersion for Intuition, Reflection, and Self-Trust

With Steph Sprenger

JULY 6TH - AUGUST 7TH

What if Tarot was never about predicting your future, but about finally learning to hear yourself?

Imagine a daily practice so simple it fits in the cracks of your busiest day, yet so meaningful it slowly teaches you to trust your own voice again.

30 Days of Reading Yourself is a month-long immersion that uses Tarot as a doorway into writing, reflection, and self-discovery. No fortune telling. No good cards or bad cards. Just you, your deck, and a daily invitation to get curious about your own story.

Whether you have never touched a card in your life or you have been pulling daily draws for years, this experience meets you exactly where you are.

THE HEART OF IT

We spend so much of our lives looking outside ourselves for the answers. This is a month of practicing the opposite.

Each day, a card becomes a starting point. A theme to write into. A question to sit with. Over thirty days, we'll move through everything from creativity and purpose to relationships, abundance, identity, grief, joy, and possibility, using the cards as a mirror rather than a map.

This is not a course about memorizing card meanings. This is not a course about predicting the future.

This is a practice of paying attention. A practice of curiosity. A practice of reading yourself.

Because the cards don't tell you who you are. They help you remember.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

Daily Lessons & Prompts Each weekday, a short lesson plus three guided writing prompts inspired by a Tarot theme, archetype, or spread. Most take as little as 5 to 15 minutes, or you can linger as long as you like.

Notion Workbook Your own space to track daily cards, capture reflections, and watch your practice take shape into a personal archive of the whole month.

Community Forum A private online space to share your pulls, your writing, your questions, and your aha moments with fellow participants. Join in as much or as little as you'd like.

Optional Weekly Zoom Gatherings Come together throughout the month to explore themes, work through spreads, ask questions, and connect. Schedule set by participant availability, so it works for real life.

The Pause:

A creative community for midlife women

The Pause is a creative community for midlife women who feel something shifting and want space to explore what comes next. It is a place to write, reflect, connect, and create alongside other thoughtful, engaged women who are asking bigger questions about this season of life. There is room here for honesty, reinvention, and the kind of conversations that do not always happen in everyday spaces. We prioritize our craft along with ourselves, nurturing our intuition and wellness alongside our writing practice. If you are craving depth, momentum, and real connection, you belong here.
